Dato' Law (David) Tien Seng serves as Executive Deputy Chairman of the Board of Hiap Teck Venture Berhad since August 3, 2011. He is a businessman and owns a group of companies which are diversified in the manufacturing of steel products, property development, television drama and video production, food and beverages, among others. He is the Malaysian Business Adviser to the Jinan Group of Companies in Shandong Province in the People's Republic of China.
